Why Stay at Nashville Hotels With Rooftop Pools?
If you’ve never been to Nashville during the summer, let me prepare you. It’s hot. Not just hot, but humid. I grew up in a much drier state, and even after almost 12 years here, I still haven’t fully adjusted and that’s why finding Nashville hotels with rooftop pools is important.
That’s exactly why I’m always looking for a hotel with a pool when I’m planning a staycation or recommending places to visitors. Honestly, a rooftop pool just makes the experience even better.
When most people search for Nashville hotels with rooftop pools, they’re looking for more than just a place to sleep. They want incredible views, a great rooftop pool, and easy access to downtown Nashville. Fortunately, some of the best Nashville hotels offer all three.
Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, a girls trip, a romantic escape, or your first trip to Music City, these rooftop pools can make a huge difference. Plus, after walking around Broadway in the Tennessee heat, you’ll be thankful for somewhere to cool off.

Best Nashville Hotels With Rooftop Pools
Four Seasons Nashville: The Best Luxury Rooftop Pool in Nashville
If you’re looking to splurge, this is the one.
The rooftop pool at Four Seasons Nashville is easily one of the most impressive rooftop pools in the city. Between the skyline views, river views, poolside service, cocktails, and food, it feels more like a luxury resort than a downtown hotel.
What I love most about this property is the view of the Cumberland River. Unlike many other Nashville hotels with rooftop pools, you get a completely different perspective of the city from up here.
Beyond having one of the best Nashville rooftop pool experiences, Four Seasons also delivers some of the best service in the city. As a result, it’s become one of the top luxury stays for visitors.
If luxury accommodations, incredible service, and amazing views are your priorities, you’ll probably love staying here. While it isn’t the cheapest option, I genuinely think it’s worth it for a special occasion.

The Joseph Nashville: A Luxury Nashville Hotel With a Rooftop Pool
The Joseph has a completely different vibe than the Four Seasons. While both are luxury properties, The Joseph feels quieter, more intimate, and a little more sophisticated.
Personally, this is my kind of vacation pool. After spending all day exploring Nashville, eating hot chicken, shopping, and bouncing between attractions, I usually want somewhere calm to come back to. Because of that, I really appreciate the atmosphere here.
Unlike some of the busier rooftop pools in Nashville, the pool at The Joseph feels like a genuine escape. Even though you’re still downtown, it doesn’t feel nearly as hectic.
Additionally, the hotel offers a luxury spa, incredible dining options, and one of the most beautiful art collections you’ll find in a Nashville hotel. The rooms are equally impressive and feel elevated from the moment you walk in.
For couples, honeymooners, anniversary trips, or anyone celebrating something special, this is easily one of the best Nashville hotels with rooftop pools.

The Westin Nashville: A Nashville Hotel With a Rooftop Pool Near Broadway
Location is where The Westin really shines.
You’ll be within walking distance of Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman Auditorium, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. However, if it’s 95 degrees outside, I fully support calling an Uber. No judgment here.
Another reason travelers love The Westin is that it places you right in downtown Nashville, making it incredibly easy to explore restaurants, concerts, bars, and attractions.
Meanwhile, the rooftop pool offers fantastic city views and plenty of comfortable lounge space. During the summer, the hotel occasionally hosts larger pool parties and special events. Therefore, if you’re looking for a quieter stay, it’s worth checking the event schedule before booking.
For first-time visitors, this location is hard to beat. Plus, having easy access to everything without needing a rental car is always a win in my book.

Virgin Hotels Nashville: A Fun Nashville Hotel With a Rooftop Pool
If you’re traveling with friends, this one deserves a look.
Virgin Hotels Nashville offers a much more social atmosphere than the other properties on this list. In fact, when people search for Virgin Hotels Nashville or Virgin Hotels rooftop pool experiences, this is usually the hotel they’re talking about.
The rooftop atmosphere is lively and energetic. Throughout spring, summer, and even parts of fall, you’ll find events, parties, and entertainment happening regularly.
Even when there isn’t an event taking place, the energy here feels completely different from some of the more relaxed hotels on this list.
Location is another major perk. Since it’s located in Midtown, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel itself has several places to grab food and drinks without ever leaving the property.
For groups, bachelor and bachelorette parties, social travelers, and anyone looking for a fun weekend, this is one of the best Nashville hotels with rooftop pools.

Holston House Nashville: A Budget-Friendly Nashville Hotel With a Rooftop Pool
Not everyone wants to spend luxury hotel money. Thankfully, you don’t have to.
Holston House gives you a rooftop pool experience without the premium price tag of some of Nashville’s luxury properties. Because of that, it’s become one of my favorite recommendations for budget-conscious travelers.
If you’re comparing hotel rooftop pools in Nashville, you’ll quickly notice that many of them come with luxury-level pricing. Holston House manages to offer a great experience while remaining more affordable.
The location is another huge selling point. You’ll be close to Broadway, restaurants, entertainment venues, and many of Nashville’s biggest attractions.
For couples, weekend visitors, and travelers trying to balance affordability with amenities, this Nashville hotel offers some of the best value in the city.

Which Nashville Hotel With a Rooftop Pool Should You Choose?
If luxury is your priority, book Four Seasons Nashville.
Meanwhile, couples will probably love The Joseph thanks to its quieter atmosphere and upscale amenities.
If location matters most, The Westin Nashville is tough to beat.
For groups and social travelers, Virgin Hotels Nashville is the obvious choice.
However, if you’re trying to stretch your travel budget while still enjoying rooftop pool access, Holston House Nashville is probably your best bet.

Personally, I’d give that title to Four Seasons Nashville. The combination of luxury, service, food, drinks, views, and overall experience is hard to beat.
